At Chris Holmes Antiques, we want you to be completely satisfied with your historical acquisition. If a piece does not suit your space, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery provided the item remains in its original, as-sold condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our gallery team via email within 14 days of receipt to request a Return Merchandise Authorization and discuss the reason for your return.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repack the antique using all original protective materials and crates to ensure the fragile item is not damaged during the return transit.

• 3.
  Arranging Logistics

  Ship the item back to our showroom using a fully insured, trackable art courier service; please note that return shipping costs and insurance are the responsibility of the buyer.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our specialists have inspected the item and confirmed it is in its original condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, minus initial delivery fees.
